Our tri-lingual booking team (French, English and Spanish) will be able to help you while meeting your expectations and making your stay even more enjoyable. To organize your excursions and/or evening activities, book the restaurant of your choice, plan a relaxing spa break or take advantage of our transport service, do not hesitate to contact us.
Opening hours: Mon-Sun from 8am to 6pm. After hours, questions should be addressed directly to the staff on duty at the front desk.
Shuttle service & Parking
Our hotel offers a shuttle service from Toussaint Louverture International Airport to the hotel and vice versa. It is a free service for guests, upon request. Therefore, we kindly ask you to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance with the concierge or at the front desk. We offer a large parking lot of 80 spaces that are well covered, secure and easy to access.

Fitness Center
Located on the 5th floor of the hotel, our gym is open 24 hours a day and is accessible by using your room key. It has all the necessary equipment for fitness and weight training. Stay in great shape during your stay!
Wi-Fi Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi connection is available in all public spaces of the hotel. High-speed Internet is also offered in the rooms but you will be charged additional fees for this service.
Hero Medical
If you feel unwell or need emergency medical services during your stay at the hotel, Hero Emergency Rescue, our partner for all your medical emergencies in Haiti, is at your disposal. Access to health care and ambulance transport are free of charge for hotel guests. However, if you wish to purchase Hero insurance during your stay and throughout the country, please stop by the front desk for more information.
Swimming pool
Located in the vintage part, the swimming pool is open to guests from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Pool towels are provided upon request.
